WORKING PRINCIPLE
The winch sensor is installed on the winch shaft to monitor the angular displacement caused by the rotation of the winch shaft during the whole drilling process. Through calculation, the change of hook height during drilling can be obtained, and the current drilling depth can be obtained. CNPS-DW-A11 winch sensor is equipped with two photoelectric switches and a piece of shield with teeth. When the shield rotates with the winch shaft, the infrared light in the gap between the two photoelectric switches in the sensor is blocked or turned on, and two sets of corresponding electrical pulse signals are sent to the instrument after recognition and processing. The corresponding direction and variation of angular displacement can be obtained.
TECHNICAL INDICATORS

Operation 3.1 Sensor installation
Installation Position: Both ends of the drum shaft can be installed, but the output phase sequence is opposite. In order to correctly determine the direction of the rotating shaft, the acquisition software should have the corresponding reverse switch. In order to improve the anti-jamming ability of the sensor, the shielding layer of the signal cable must have good grounding at the instrument end. The signal cable must stay away from the power cable.
Installation procedures: Remove the drum shaft end face shield and tracheal connector, G3/4 of the sensor teeth connected, and in the connection of the tracheal connector, fixed stainless steel frame and the tracheal line Carla firmly, installed shield, through the cable to the receiving instrument. 3.2 Sensor wiring The winch sensor is equipped with RUVP shielded cable output line.
Red: +5V Black: 0V
Blue: signal A
Yellow: signal B 4 common fault judgement and elimination If the winch sensor in the winch shaft rotation process, no signal output, that is, two pulse or one pulse signal fault, should first check the extension of the cable breakage or damage. If the winch sensor is suspected to be faulty, the winch sensor shaft is slowly rotated when the power is on, and the output voltage of the signal A-foot and B-foot of the sensor is measured respectively by the multimeter DC voltage block. If the winch sensor works normally, the output voltage is higher than 4.3V and lower than 0.5V. 5 maintenance External protective measures such as waterproofing and pollution prevention are adopted to improve their life and reliability. The principle of erecting cables is that it does not interfere with the field operation of the workers in the well site and is not easy to be smashed, safe and reliable.
